Was formed in CT this past week. We visitied Mitchel the CPA on Friday and got the paperwork. It was not a moment too soon as we also got our SBA financing commitment letter and need an EIN for the lease on the property on Miry Brook Road in Danbury. We looked at office furniture and fixtures and will be moving in on 5/1/2010
